Instructions

1. All '*' fields are mandatory. For Printing the Application Form prefer 'Google Chrome Browser'.
2. Upload the photo is optional and maximum photo size is (120*150) 50kb.
3. Carefully enter all data, This Data will be used for Online Certificate Generation. No Further modification can be done after successfully submission of Application Form .
4. Registration fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 1000 (One Thousand) paid through NEFT/RTGS/NET BANKING/OTHERS in the account of UGC-HRDC, GGV Bilaspur (C.G.), Bank Account No.- 947410110001547, IFSC Code- BKID0009474, Bank Name & Branch- Bank Of India, GGV Campus Koni. Keep the transaction copy and get attached with application form.
5. The applicant must send the print out/ hard copy of this Online Application form along with all the supporting documents (Attach hard copy of  (i) Transaction Copy of Deposited Registration Fee  (ii) Teaching Experience  (iii) Appointment Letter  (iv) Sanction letter of Section 2(f) and Section 12(b) if available  (v) Previous Participation Certificate in OP/Guru-Dakshta (FIP)/Refresher Course) /STC and duly signed by the concerned authorities by speed /registered post to  "Director, U G C - Human Resource Development Centre, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Koni, Bilaspur - (C.G.), Pin Code - 495009 ".
6. OTP will be sent to your Email ID (Filled in the form).
7. After Successfully submission of Application Form, Registration Id will Be sent to your Registered email Id.

1. The application of an  in this College/University / institute, is being recommended and forwarded to the Director, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Bilaspur-495009 for attending Refresher/ Orietation/Guru-Dakshta (FIP)/STC course. He/She has attended Ops/Guru-Dakshta (FIP)/ RCs/ not attended any OP/Guru-Dakshta (FIP)/RC so far. If selected, he/she will be fully relieved for the entire period the course.
2.This is to certify that our college/institution/organization is affiliated to University since year * and recognized under Section 2 (f) by UGC act 1956, vide letter No dated & included under Section 12(B) of UGC Act 1956, vide letter No dated received from University Grants Commission, New Delhi.
The above information provided is true to our knowledge, and if found to be otherwise, the concerned teacher who is attending the course / programmes organized by UGC-HRDC, GGV will not be entitled for his/her TA/Hospitality as per the new UGC Guidelines for HRDCs.
In the event of any discrepancy with the status of 2(f) & 12 (B), even after payment the TA/Hospitality claimed will be refunded back to HRDC at pro rata of interest within the financial year by the concerned person/ Institution.
*The payment of TA/Hospitality will be a subject matter about the availability of funds from UGC/University.
